Some materials remain liquid even if they are not solidified and crystallized below the melting point. They are called supercooled melting. The reason why it can't solidify is the lack of nucleation.
However, the NAUT supercooling process now forms uniform suspended nuclei in the melt, so that the melt crystallizes rapidly on the steel belt cooler, and then solidifies to the desired shape - granular, microparticle or flake.
Since the invention of this innovative process, subcooling process equipment has been installed in many factories. Each project is a turnkey project including pre crystallizer, granulator head, steel belt cooler and weighing control equipment.
