The resin granulation is a kind of equipment which transports the molten resin materials (C5, C9 petroleum resin, RD resin, phenolic resin, etc.) from the storage tank to the distributor through the material pump and filter. The distributor drips the molten liquid resin materials into drops in the form of liquid drops, row by row, onto the cooling steel belt which moves at a constant speed below. Cooling water is sprayed below the cooling steel belt, and resin liquid is sprayed above the steel belt after cooling, the droplets solidify into flat hemispherical particles, which are scraped off by the blanking scraper and flow into the hopper.
 
Advantages of resin granulation: continuous operation, large output of single machine; less vulnerable parts of equipment, low operation cost, stable quality, low failure rate; sealing design of the whole machine, dust and pollution prevention.

Resin flake machine is to make use of the low melting point characteristics of materials, evenly distribute the molten liquid on the steel belt moving at a constant speed under the overflow distributor, and under the cooling effect of the continuous spraying device set under or above the steel belt, the materials can be cooled and solidified in the process of moving and conveying, so as to achieve the purpose of laminating.
