Sulphur Granulation
The principle of the sulfur granulation is to send the molten liquid sulfur material into the distributor at the head of the granulation through the material pump and filter in the material pool. The distributor drips the molten liquid sulfur material into droplets in a row and row on the cooling steel belt running at a constant speed below it through a special way of granulation and distribution. The cooling water is sprayed below the cooling steel belt, and the sulfur droplets above the steel belt pass through the distributor It is supercooled, solidified into flat hemispherical particles, scraped off by the blanking scraper and flows into the hopper.
Advantages of sulfur granulation: continuous operation, improve production efficiency; reduce the production site dust generation; material cooling speed, curing molding; convenient maintenance, low wear rate.
